PhotoVoice Exhibit
We teamed up with Communities in Schools on the Photovoice Project, which engaged marginalized and/or minoritized people who chose photographic images to capture aspects of their environment and experiences. Join residents, local business owners, community leaders, and elected officials to see this important exhibition.
Cinco de Mayo
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Magnolia Park Arts & Community’s first First Friday! Thanks to CenterPoint Energy Foundation, we will welcome the whole community for special live entertainment, refreshments and a delicious taco cart.

Join us for a community unveiling of the biggest mural in Magnolia Park! By artist MEENR, project managed by Magnolia Grown and Magnolia Park Arts & Community. A Fresh Arts project funded by Port Houston.

Join us for this community clean up, and create art with the object we find. We will learn from an environmental educator and create a sculpture together with a working artist. You won’t want to miss this!

The Houston Hour with Jesse Rodriguez
MPAC founder, Jesse Rodriguez will be the guest on The Houston Hour with Mister McKinney and Dr. Christel. He’ll talk about what inspires him as an artist and how his commitment to Magnolia Park resulted in his new nonprofit.
